DMCA Policy

Premier League Odds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Premier League Odds service and website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Premier League Odds website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Premier League Odds will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the website.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work allegedly infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Premier League Odds to locate the material. Please include the URL(s) where the material can be found on the Premier League Odds website.
  3. Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief: State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: State that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification to a DMCA Notice

If you believe that the material you posted on Premier League Odds was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Please provide the URL(s) of the material before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Premier League Odds may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process: State that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief: State that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
